Boris Bulatovic
Boris Bulatovic is the co-founder of Global Impact Grid GbR and a director of Institute Corporate Responsibility Management at Steinbeis University Berlin. Being an entrepreneur since his early twenties, Boris has founded three successful ventures in the educational field. His fields of activities include Impact-Based Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation, Responsible Management, Higher Education Management, Blended Teaching & Learning, Internationalization, Scaling, EU Funding, Knowledge and Technology Transfer.

Rina Fetahaj
Rina Fetahaj is passionate about applying market-based solutions to social and environmental challenges. She is equally committed to knowledge sharing and cross-sector collaboration in the fields of social innovation, sustainability, and circular and regenerative economy principles. She earned her MA in Social Enterprise from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C., supported by a USAID Transformation Leadership Program Scholarship. She also holds a BA in Marketing and Psychology from London Metropolitan University (2010) and completed the Business Sustainability Leadership course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership, University of Cambridge.

Indira Kartallozi
Founder & Director
Indira Kartallozi is the founder of Sustainability Leadership Kosova (SLK) and co-director of Kaleidoscope Futures Lab. She is an independent tutor and assessor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she contributes to the Business Sustainability Management and Business and Social Justice courses.
With over two decades of experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, Indira works at the intersection of sustainability, social justice, and transformative leadership. Her approach combines systems thinking, regenerative practices, and community-driven change. Indira’s journey spans from supporting refugee and migrant communities in the UK to co-developing climate adaptation programs and advising on environmental governance. She is passionate about restoring the bond between people and nature, and believes in leading with good ancestry—making decisions that benefit future generations. She has been recognized among the Top 100 Leaders in CSR, and her work has contributed to global dialogues on inclusive leadership, reforestation, and sustainable economies. Under her leadership, SLK launched the Green Wings initiative and the #MoseMerrMalin movement, combining grassroots activism with science and storytelling.

Blodine's commitment to driving positive change through sustainable principles at the intersection of food and digital strategies ensures projects under her stewardship stay fresh and innovative.

Creative Strategist
Mert is a consulting designer who brings strategy and creativity together to craft thoughtful, impactful design solutions. With a strong focus on user experience, clear communication, and cohesive branding, he helps businesses turn complex ideas into designs that feel intuitive and engaging. His work ranges from digital to print, and he enjoys working closely with clients to make sure every project truly reflects their goals and vision. He is sustainability-oriented and believes design should be responsible, intentional, and built to last. He is also interested in creating solutions that consider environmental and social impact while supporting long-term value for both businesses and users.
Venhar Sylka
Drone Pilot & GIS/Geospatial Expert
Venhar Sylka is a geospatial expert and certified drone pilot with extensive experience in geodesy, photogrammetry, and spatial analysis. He is responsible for drone data collection, including the planting of seed balls for environmental regeneration projects, as well as aerial surveying and image processing for the creation of geospatial products such as orthophotos, DTMs, and DEMs. Venhar also provides professional expertise in GIS, cartography, and spatial modeling, contributing to developmental and environmental projects by delivering accurate data and reliable analyses to support planning and decision-making.

As a professional in the field of environmental studies, she have worked and continue to work on developing, implementing, and protecting environmental initiatives. Fortuna is ready to further grow in this field, continually seeking new opportunities to advance in the area I have studied.
College trained agronomist with a BSc and MSc in Pomology, dedicated to advancing Kosovo’s fruit sector. Focused on positioning the country as the leading small-fruit importer and regional hub in the Balkans. Krenarja contributed to numerous agricultural projects first as a volunteer, and later as a consultant.
Mimoza is an experienced HR and Business Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience across diverse industries. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management. Throughout her career, she has worked with various companies as an HR specialist, consultant, and department manager, including leading teams and operations in a call-center environment.
